- Young people who need specialist residential care
- A history of arson

From first call to moving in.

- 2Referral packWe request the referral form and supporting documents.
- 3Assessment and matchingSafety, compatibility and support levels.
- 4Pre-placement visitFor the young person and professionals, where possible.
- 5DecisionWe confirm, agree a start date and prepare the home.
- 6AdmissionInduction, Young Person's Guide, support plan and keyworker.
