Every young person has strengths. We start there.

Our Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach is positive, respectful and strengths-based. It's built into every keywork session, routine and skill-building activity, and every member of staff is trained in it.

We keep homes small and family-style, because stability and trust are what let young people grow, heal and move on with confidence.

Support today. Skills for tomorrow.

The In House Independence Pathway: six skill areas, regular assessments, monthly reports to social workers and up to three months of outreach after move-on.
